Applications with check due into Rhode Island Wing as soon as possible.  

Out of state cadets: make your final decision and travel arrangements by mid-March, so your application can be forwarded to your wing commander with time to spare.  Contact us with your plans, and let us know if you need directions, need to be picked up from a train station, airport, or dock, and what time you will arrive.  If members are flying into New England, please attempt to fly into T.F. Green State airport (PVD) in Providence, RI.  Only if necessary, Logan Airport (BOS) in Boston is also an option.
